Where your contact details come from

From public business registers – the ADEME RGE list in France, Brønnøysundregistrene in Norway and the KBO in Belgium – and from companies' own websites.

Why we use them

To introduce our service to installation companies (business-to-business prospecting). We only write to business contacts.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How to stop receiving emails

Reply "stop" to any of our emails, or write to [email protected]. Your address goes on an exclusion list and we won't write again.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive a copy. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (CNIL in France, Datatilsynet in Norway, the Data Protection Authority in Belgium, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands) or to the CNPD in Portugal.

Who processes data for us

Google Workspace (email), Smartlead (sending emails), Hetzner (hosting in the EU), Cloudflare (network and security), Anthropic (AI model of the demo assistant and of the chat on this site), Mistral AI (answers in the question field on this site), Resend (sending the diagnosis emails).

Chat on this site

Messages typed in the chat are sent to Anthropic (US) to write the replies. We don't keep the conversation, unless you leave your contact details: then we keep your details and that conversation to contact you about PolarAI. Legal basis: your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Diagnosis

If you answer the diagnosis, we store your answers (even if you don't finish it) and, if you leave them, your contact details. Purpose: to calculate and send you your diagnosis, and to contact you about it. Legal basis: your request and your consent. Retention: 12 months. Answers without contact details are anonymous and are used for statistics. You can ask for access to or deletion of your data at [email protected].

This website

No cookies. To pick the page language we use your browser language and the country Cloudflare detects from your connection; we only keep that country (never the IP address), in our visit and diagnosis statistics. Visits are counted with Umami, hosted on our own server, and with a simple daily visit counter, without personal data. While you answer the diagnosis, your answers are kept in your browser (local storage) so you can pick up where you left off if you reload the page; they are deleted once the diagnosis is sent.

WhatsApp demo and question field

Messages to the demo number are only used to answer you. Questions typed on this site are sent to Mistral AI to write the reply; we don't store them.
